1. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons. Bookings can be made via phone call or WhatsApp at +91 93537 81495.
2. Payment Terms
Payment can be made in cash to the driver at the end of the trip. We accept Indian Rupees (INR) only. For outstation trips, advance payment may be required.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may be subject to cancellation fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
4. Pricing
All rates are subject to change based on distance, time, and vehicle type. Rates will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for night travel (11 PM - 6 AM), tolls, parking fees, and waiting time beyond the agreed duration.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly
- Passengers must comply with all traffic rules and regulations
6. Driver Rights
Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, abusive, or engaging in illegal activities. Drivers may also refuse to travel on unsafe routes or in dangerous conditions.
7. Luggage
Luggage capacity varies by vehicle type. Please inform us of your luggage requirements at the time of booking. We are not responsible for loss or damage to luggage during transit.
8. Waiting Time
For airport pickups, we provide a grace period of 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time will be charged as per our standard rates.
9. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe travel, Bala Taxi Service is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the journey, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
